Thread Title: "Changes to Feedback Report Card"
AuctionArmsCeo

We've made some changes to the Feedback Report Card.  We've found that the number of feedback missed, as well as the percentage calculated, was too confusing even for ourselves to remember how it worked.  So in order to simplify things, we've removed the number of feedback missed, and the percentage for feedback missed that was calculated.  Instead, there is a link you can click on that takes you to another page with the auctions where feedback wasn't placed.  Hope that makes things easier to understand without inconveniencing anyone.

I agree with OMJ - the missed feedback for us shows we've missed feedback for 25 auctions as a seller.

We've left feedback for everyone of them.

It does not show any missed feedack as a buyer - which is correct.

I've been sitting here trying to find this "survey" and here I find It was "sent out to us". Well it wasn't sent out to me. No survey on email none on site.. .

The one thing that I find interesting is their statement of discussing the 10 minute rule with the the Buyers on the other Post. I never was queried and I Don't think any one else was either.

As I've Said elsewhere, I have met these folks and think they are great people, this is the Best gun auction site But...

Guys, Survey ALL of us Before doing these things- granted I don't spend much time here anymore due to many reasons-but I have not abandoned the place and it seems that you are upsetting your customer base. That, why I say to survey first so that you don't throw out the Baby with the Bathwater. (cause I really like this place and don't want to see the web page that Says "this domain is for sale")

Well , since you mentioned that 45. I have heard from a most reliable source that a few of the major sellers could be thinkin on startin their own auction site.

OR, you are correct! And, some of the "Big Sellers" have been offered a "Mighty Fine" deal to jump ship, or, so I am told by a pretty good size seller here that knows some of them ????? AA, the things we like, you "take away". The things we want and need you refuse to give. As I see it, buyers and sellers are your customers. If the customers don't  like the way a store runs it's business, they go elsewhere. JMO Yell WALI....................

Manny you have got the feedback report card really messed up this time! It was not broken so why did you "fiX" it? It used to calculate the percentages and show all missed feedback that was 30 days since the auction closed or older. Now is shows all closed auctions as missing feedback until they are 30 days old, no matter if you left feedback or not.

Going back in history: When you work on something that is messed up like the report card was for years. Then you finally get it right (the way it was befor this last change). I think it should be left alone, but no you forgot what a pain it was to get right in the first place so you screw around and break something that was working just fine!

Why?????????????

Manny--I think you may have screwed up this time. You show I have a whole list of feedbacks I havn't left. In fact I have not missed any. I suggest you put it back the way it was.--Thanks

Yone is correct. The error is in mine also. It is showing no feedbacks left even though I have. Around here we call that change a job justification project, ie: "see how valuable an employee I am? I came up with this great new thing for us!"

                    Yeah right!
