| (no avatar) | Does anyone even realize that feedback is a way for someone to see all the firearms you have bought? |

Since the government already knows that and they're the only ones who count, we don't care. |

| (no avatar) | The Goverment does not know except in places were you must register your firearms, NCIS checks are not suppose to be stored. Not that I would purchase a non compliant SKS and such and to own one would be a felony, I surely would not want a record of it if I did. |

Unless you have figured out a way to circumvent filling out a From 4473 when you have a firearm transfered to you interstate, the gummint knows what guns you have and from whom they came. And if you don't believe that NCIS checks are memorialized in a database somewhere, I hope Santy Claus in very good to you next month. |

| (no avatar) | Form 4473 is completed by me when I pick up at my FFL and none of the FFL'S that I use, have as of yet used the eform, form 4473 is maintained for inspection for twenty years by the FFL unless the FFL goes out of business then he has to surrender to the BATFE , if I buy two handguns within 5 days then a form is sent to BAFTE, I still would rather buy from an FFL than face to face and risk being in possession of a stolen firearm. The BAFTE should be able to inspect to catch individuals from dealing in firearms and supplying them to criminals. I am not ready to condemn the Goverment yet, it has its problems, and therefore I choose not to buy anything considered "assualt weapon"its not worth the stigma, and have no need for armor piercing or explosive bullets. Where I live I do not believe the laws to be too restictive, and it is violation for any one other than the FFL's to maintain a registry. I am worried more about criminals knowing what I have. |

" and therefore I choose not to buy anything considered "assualt weapon"its not worth the stigma, and have no need for armor piercing or explosive bullets." Have you enjoyed your visit to this planet so far? Dude, you need to read the constitution. NEED has NOTHING to do with it. If you aren't a criminal, and, you can afford to buy it, then you should have the RIGHT TO DO SO! Weather you NEED it or not! I don't NEED a lot of things I have bought over my lifetime, BUT, I DID. And, Manny, IT WASN'T BROKE, WHY DID YOU "FIX IT"? |

| (no avatar) | Yes sir,, I have, fought for the constitution remember Beirut, my statement was in response to jarheads remark that the Goverment is storing NCIS reports. And if I choose not to buy certain firearms so the Goverment when they access thier real or imagined illegal registry I will not be a target that is my right. I can find very similar firearms without the stigma. I do not need a seperated pistol grip fron the stock on my rifle. The m-14 in the in the military I shot did not have one and I was able to shoot it just fine, and was glad I did not have a m-16. I never said they should be outlawed I just said I did not have a need for them, and from what I have been seeing around here there is no able spokesman to keep them legal. All I see is attack attack and insult. If I can keep what I have I'll be fine. I will not live in the states that have the restrictions.Wake up they are already outlawed in some cities and states, I am moving to a state that I believe will not ban what I have and if they try I will camly try to thrawt it. But this forum was about feedback and how I can see what people have bought and they can see what I have bought. What do you think about that? That alone is enough for me to leave this site and get all trace of me removed.

EX Post #23--"Not that I would purchase a non compliant SKS and such and to own one would be a felony, I surely would not want a record of it if I did" To buy ,or be in possession, of a non compliant SKS,or the like, is not a criminal charge as far as the feds are concerned,it may be a state law violation in some restrictive states like CA, NJ,ect. Under federal law the one who has performed the illegal modifications is the one who is guilty and can be charged,if you bought it in such condition it is ok to own it,re sell it,ect. This is especially a good feature on the auction sites because there is a record with a photo. |
