Why in the world would you care about low ball offers, all you have to do is ignore them. |

| (no avatar) | AA-bob...I just don't like to see $25.00 offers on $2500.00 guns |

| (no avatar) | My particular problem with the low ball offers is that at least as far as I am concerned, I will be using the best offer system for high grade stuff...retailing for $1500 to maybe as much as $50,000...if I get a $200 offer on a $50,000 gun either the offeror is an idiot or playing games.,.... |

| (no avatar) | If you don't want low ball offers, set your starting price higher. This is an auction site , last time I looked. |

| (no avatar) | There shouldnt be starting prices on Best Offer auctions, otherwise its just a reserve or Gun Broker style listing |

| (no avatar) | I may be confused on this new Best Offer thing , but I thought it worked similar to bidding unless you reached a point seller accepted and seller could accept offer and close auction. Most every auction I ever saw would have low bidders to start with and then bidding went up to all bidders would pay. I can't see how the best offer feature is any different. Folks just having fun bidding . Am I wrong? |
