Thread Title: "Best Offer Auctions Now Available!"
AuctionArmsCeo We've introduced a new Auction Type. It's called Best Offer. It's very simple, really. It's essentially a BuyItNow that lasts as long as two weeks, during which the buyer has the option of making an offer to the seller. That offer is good for as long as the buyer wished to make it, and the seller has the option of either accepting the offer, declining the offer, or declining all offers by lowing his/her BuyItNow price. It's a brand new feature, so let me know what you think.

AA-bob Slight correction, Cyro. Actually the offer IS binding for the period of time specified by the offeror.

(no avatar) WWG if AA Bob figures out a way to stop people from making those low-ball offers I suggest he resign and go out on the road as a magician.LOL!

On our penny auctions we get some $2 bids on $500 guns too.I just laugh.

(no avatar) DON'T PUT YOUR HIGH DOLLAR GUNS ON PENNY AUCTIONS. YOU MAY HAVE TO LAUGH ON THE OTHER SIDE OF YOUR FACE. MY 2 CENTS.

(no avatar) Penney auctions would be the way to go if you could put a reserve on them

Like the Best Offer the seller has to except the offer

(no avatar) WHY WOULD ANYONE CLUTTER UP A PENNY AUCTION WITH A RESERVE? JUST DO A BASIC AUCTION AND START IT WITH WHAT YOU EXPECT TO GET.

(no avatar) Kan Do..If you do that, then the LOW-Ballers won't have any place to play

(no avatar) I don't think you sellers understand the 2.00 bid. I do it all the time. It helps me keep track of a item I am interested in. It places the item in my--Items I bid on page--.I look at that page often to see how things are going and when the auction closes. All a 2.00 bid means is it is an item I may want if the price is right. TKS

(no avatar) WELL LIKE THEY SAY THIS IS AN AUCTION SITE BID OR LOOK. LAST TIME I CHECKED IT DON'T COST ANYTHING TO WINDOW SHOP. YOU WANT TO LOOK, PUT IT ON YOUR WATCH LIST.
