AuctionArmsCeo Yone, try this. Shut down all your browser windows, then open one with the Auction Arms home page.

Click on Auction Arms LIVE, it should open another window.

In the Auction Arms LIVE window, click on an item - it should open a third window.

Is that what's happening? If not, at what point does it fail?

AuctionArmsCeo Mars_308, we're working on another revision that will do the same thing, but without flashing.

Going, going, gone... is actually updated every 15 minutes, instead of every 5 seconds. That's enought to keep most of the data current, but every 5 seconds for something that large would cause a server crash.

(no avatar) Make it 5 minutes. It sounds like you AA guys are playing with this site like a big money making toy. Thats ok, but try to not make it to complicated. Even with the bickering going on this is a more workable and friendly site. LOL

AIC Manny I like it; it works for me, maybe 5 seconds is to fast maybe every 10-15 seconds would be better but I would not like it to be set in minutes that would defeat the purpose. and maybe you could have the next 25 or 50 auctions to close listed in all categories instead of just firearms.

Hartwell Gun I still do not have it showing on my opening page.I'm using netscape 7.0 Maybe this is the problem?

Elitist Works perfectly for me in IE 6.0 and WinXP. I think 5 seconds to refresh is fine. If I'm watching the closing minutes of an auction that's about how closely I hit the reload nutton myself. This is a very good addition to the site.
