Yeah, I know, and Ken kept it going pretty good also, but he was just playing. Jim always seemed so serious. Anyway thr Old Rattler wants us all to behave ourselves according to his current standards; I'mmerely  suggesting to him to return the favor.

RobW; If you will notice the post that you say I took a shot at Ken of WWG was posted 10-06-2010. I post very little on the forums lately. Things have a way of gettin twisted around on these forums sometimes and wind up not bein what was meant.

It is water over the dam now but in the past Ken had a way of comin across like he was somethin that I knew he wasn't. I detest folks that think they are better than others and want to look down their noses at others.

When Ken was confronted on the forums he reverted to childish jabbering or threats of pullin his auctions and goin to the green site.

I was guilty of takin part in arguing with him and I shouldn't have , but Ken and I are like the Mongoose and the Snake and it probably will always be that way.

I did extend an offer one time of a get together at The Old Backwoods Place to meet and hunt, cook, and enjoy the hospitality of the South.That offer was met with sarcastic remarks that I care not to remember.

Ken is on the other site now and has little to say over here anymore . I have little to say anymore so why don't we just let the past fade away .

As far as me wanting the forum posters to adhere to what I think is appropriate for a public forum. I don't really care anymore.

Well, is my face red! Sorry about that, Jim, I just didn't pay attention to the date. Anyway, every so often I realize that, due to illness, medical conditions, reactions to medications and aging, my sense of descretion is falling short of where it should be. There's a lot I'd like to post here, good stuff about hunts, camping, ang good friends, but quite ofter the thought of typing it all out is overwhelming. Tonight is a good night so far. You're right about the past; let it fade away. I doubt I'll ever be able to visit WV, but if you ever plan on being up in the White River Junction, VT area post it here so we can meet if you wish.
