Thanks all, I am sure ALL is being done as is possible. Thanks for the tip on the bids....they are there, hope they are still good. Unfortunately, the lost auctions are among the missing, but they can always be relisted when the site is back to it's old self. Keep the faith! |

| (no avatar) | Right now I have some no pictures, some auctions have have moved "backward" in bids (although the bid history is correct) and I have bidders emailing me saying that they are getting strange emails from AA saying that their maximum bid is higher than what they originally bid. |

| (no avatar) | I submitted a bid higher than the highest bid, but the bid has not posted on the item. I did receive an email stating I was the high bidder, but it does show that on the item. |

Update 2:35 PM PDST: Our crack tech SWAT Team (Manny and Mike) are zeroing in on the Picture server problems. It (the server) is still demonstrating some instability so they may still have to "go in" after those terrorist bugs. Consequently you may experience intermittent Pictures/thumbnail availability in the auctions as they get all those Terrorist Server bugs surrounded and terminated with extreme prejudice. We currently expect most if not all issues to be resolved this PM. Updating the apparent bid problem will be next item on the "Hit List". If any auction closes before that procedure is carried out, SWAT Team tells me the bids have been registered in the system (as you all have been able to see in the bid history) and will clear appropriately at end-of-auction with true high bidder winning the auction and receiving the winner's announcement(s). Thanks for your patience and understanding during this recovery. |

Kebco, looks like your auctions are tracking true now. All due apologies to klancy for post number 12. I was in his account when I posted and used his nickname! |

| (no avatar) | So,as a bidder who actually saw his auction close yesterday with himself as the high bidder (and the history shows that) and then seeing the auction reopen, will the high bidder at the auctual close win, or is there an opportunity now to get outbid. My current Max Bid shows on my personal status page, but doesn't seem to be effective. What do you recommend? Just wait? |

| (no avatar) | After all is up and running smoothly, cool off and begin to think APPLE/MCINTOSH for server hardware and software. www.apple.com Best of Luck! |
