| (no avatar) | Ok,here is a newcomers perspective.Some people either won't let you bid or want some kind of solid proof that you are trustworthy.Although,I am with texastradingpost on the no rules thing,I can say that timely feedback is important to newbies like me.We are peers here.If you have 800 positive feedbacks and I have 1,I can benefit from the positive feedback that YOU have acquired,but that is only if you bother to post in a reasonable amount of time. Therefore I would venture to say that those with more experience,have a responsibility to help out the newby,by leading by example and not waiting too long to leave their comments.The sword cuts both ways if I am untrustworthy,we can let each other know about that too.Just my two cents worth.Thanks |

Getting a Buyer to Post Feedback is like trying to find a Hens teeth. I've sold
probably 45 firearms on this site and have only received 12 feedbacks from the
buyers. You can ask until the cows come home, but lots of luck. They just don't
care one way or the other, I don't know if they are Lazy, Illiterate or What.
There should be a way for this site to not allow anyone to bid if they have
made more than two purchases and not left any feedback (I don't care if
Positive, Neutral or Negative) Just Post

| (no avatar) | MRMONIE. As a buyer I can tell you I have the same problem you do. Alot of sellers will not post feedback until the buyer does. The reason is obvious to me. If a seller treats a buyer badly or describes his product improperly as is the case in at least 50% of the time the seller has nothing to fear. The seller knows that if he gets negative feedback from a buyer he in turn gives a negative to the buyer in order to save face. The end result of this is if a buyer is treated badly he just won't leave feedback because he knows he will get one too. I have one negative feedback on my record because I finally got fed up with a arrogant, rude and lying seller. So you see it doesn't pay to leave anything but positve feedback. The best way to do business on AA is keep track of the good sellers,sooner or later the bad ones will be gone. If you notice the really good, ethical sellers always post feedback when buyer has paid and they have the fewest negatives. Tks |

| (no avatar) | I don't know about anyone else, but, if I post feedback before I hear from the buyer that he/she is satisfied, I can't get my fees refunded should the buyer not be pleased and returns the item. Unless there has been a change, refunds of fees require a neutral or negative even if the buyer did do everything on a timely basis. If I don't hear from the buyer (and I ask them to let me know when they receive the item)I'm in no particular hurry to leave feedback. |

03collector, there's been no change in feedback requirements for relist credits, however, you can always drop a not to support@auctionarms.com or to me, bob@auctionarms.com to remove or adjust your feedback if it becomes necessary to obtain a relist credit. |
