Did somebody just call me a Democrat? Ugh. Alrighty, here's what we've done. I've created a new tool called 'My Messages' that is the first thing you see when you log in to Auction Arms. From there, you have the option of going to 'My Bids' or 'My Auctions' - but the idea is to get your eyeballs on our new messaging system before anything else. Obviously, this tool doesn't fulfil everyone's requirements, and we don't have all the solutions in place - so until I feel like everyone's complaints have been addressed regarding internal messaging, I've turned he email system back on.
Hope this satisfies everyone for the time being - thanks for your patience. |

WWG, that is the right thing to do re: off auction offers, and I would be surprised if most of the sellers with at least a LITTLE bit of honor in them DIDN'T do that. AA, Thanks for realizing that your sellers don't like the new system. My Dad taught me to aim before I shoot; try that the next time you have changes like this to make. I can only hope that your sellers can accept that you will really be responsive to their needs. Making changes that cause this kind of s***storm, and then acting high and mighty about it, doesen't go over well. I appreciate the fact that it APPEARS that you will get back to normal. Let's try to communicate a bit better before you try again to make this type of sweeping changes. Re: the political changes, hopefully you find your conservative side! Thanks, Tom |

| (no avatar) | I AM A SMALL DEALER IN THE BIG PICTURE OF THINGS BUT WHEN YOU RECEIVE THAT MUCH NEGITAVE COMMENT ABOUT A CHANGE IN THE SYSTEM YOU MUST PAY ATTENTION OR THE SHIP MIGHT GO DOWN. I RECEIVE MANY REQUEST TO SELL OFF LINE BUT WHEN YOU TELL THEM NO YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. I BELIVE THAT WHEN YOU MAKE A LARGE CHANGE TO THE SYSTEM THAT YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE LARGE PLAYERS IN THE GAME AS THEY ARE THE PEOPLE/DEALERS THAT ARE PAYING THE BILLS. THE POWERS THAT BE AT AA AND THESE SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS MEN AND WOMEN CAN/WILL PROVIDE SOLUTIONS FOR PROBLEMS THAT WILL MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY. |
