WALI, you gonna settle down? Everyone makes mistakes, myself included. Leadership isn't something you're born with - it's thrust upon you and sometimes you choke. Be nice. For those who are curious, our conversation involved me politely mentioning that little bit of warning would've worked better. He acknowledged my suggestion, and indicated a willingness to try harder. That was the extent of our woodshed siesta. Nobody died. Honestly, he don't know you like I do. And apparently, there are some among you who take pleasure in poking each other with a stick. I can't imagine why. But this is my house, and I really don't give a rat's hairy behind about the "he said/she said". Everybody take a moment, a deep breath, and a drink. Isn't that better? -manny |

Manny - I apppreciate your response, but, this new employee couldn't find anything more productive to do than to delete a forum thread that has been around forever and was one of the most popular on the site? With all the complaints and down time that have been reported to you and yours, why did he take down a thread that was originated by someone who was giving him some grief. From my viewpoint it was just spite and a "I'll show you who is in the driver's seat." His attitude was just a little bent and I'm glad he didn't work over the weekend or he may have done more damage that I think he did. It's your site, but it's not going to survive without both buyers and sellers. There are competitors out there that don't make it a habit of bouncing long time customers. As for me I have taken a wait and see attitude. I don't spend a ton of money on your site, but I do have a rather large base of friends and colleagues that use me for references on firearms and for the time being, I'm keeping my mouth and my wallet closed. |

| (no avatar) | Is it true what a seller told me, that most of the buyers of guns on the internet are located in the Southern East Coast of the USA? |
