| (no avatar) | 5-04-04. This was posted back in the good ole days.Back then this was the most trusted site around. Fair and impartial in all decisions. Problems with site was attended to immediately, questions were answered in short periods of time. Back then the forums were truly addictive. A lot of folks came here to the forums to talk about guns , huntin, fishin, and life in general. It was the next best thin to sittin around a good campfire with a bunch of friends just enjoyin life and good company. Bob Lancaster was a regular on the forums .He was strict in makin sure the forum rules were not violated, but he was fair and impartial I think.We even gave him the nickname "CATHERDER" and had a lot of fun with that. It saddens me when I look back and see what this site was up until a few years ago. Manny built this site up to what it was back then with the help of good staff, good sellers, good buyers, and honesty. I wish I could think that the site could be brought back to what it was in the good ole days,but I got this sad feelin down deep in my gut that has not much hope of that. Oh well ; I still have the memories of those days, better than not havin them I reckon. |
