Thread Title: "Enhanced "Auction Recon" tool for Buyers"
AA-bob We've revised Auction Recon. You can now save up to 20 searches and request email notification on them all.

To stop "Auction Recon" notifications to your email,
  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to the "Buying" tab on your "My Auctions" page.
  • Click on the "Auction Recon" button.
  • Click the "Delete" link in the far right column for the Search Term you no longer wish to be notified about.

(no avatar) I have tried to use "Auction Recon" several times over the past year, but with absolutely no results. I have just renewed the Recon with six different searches but still I do NOT receive e-mails as it says. Is anyone else having this trouble?? What is wrong with the Recon system? Tom

AA-bob Make sure you select the "send email" option.

(no avatar) I have three auction recons currently with the sent e-mail box checked but after about 30 days the recons show no in send e-mail box. Is this normal? If I have to redo them every 30 days can't I just switch the send e-mail box back to yes without having to rewrite each recon again?

AA-bob BIGMANMIKE, probably a bit of unruly code. I've asked the programmers to look into this one. It's Supposed to remain in effect until you cancel it.

(no avatar) Thanks, I just checked my recons and they're still marked yes to notify by e-mail. Hope you found whatever was making them turn off. Thanks again. Mike Carter
