Guys, we do care...however, seems like fightin' the alligators became a higher priority last weekend and early this week than worrying much about draining the swamp.
I know SitReps are important, but sometimes get ignored when you're in the middle of a firefight. Guess you'll have to settle on an After Action Report in this instance. Anyway, long story short after rebuilding the picture server and RAID drives and upgrading the operating system and security on all servers (resetting security on 60 gigs of pic files was what was blocking new listings and why it took so long), things have returned to normal (actually better than before do to the changes made during this process). No auctions or bids were lost, but listing new auctions was unavailable while the picture server was being rebuilt. I Will try to do better if there is a next time and try to make a forced visit or two to the CP bunker to lodge a daily SitRep. Thanks for taking the time to post...Watch your 6. |

| (no avatar) | One very minor problem still. My feedback will not come current on my auctions and is stuck at last week's level.I don't know if this is isolated to "lucky me" or everybody.Glad to see you're back to full strength. |

We've fixed this. It was a process that was on the old server, that didn't get included until everything else was working. Sorry for the delay. -manny |
