I had an auction that sold today as a buy it now auction that ended at 12:12pm. I received the buy it now notice immediately but I still, as of 7:28 pm, have not received my end of auction notice with the buyer's name, address, etc. |

It gets even stranger. Now, not only did I still not get any notice of the closed auction but when I look at my closed auctions there are two of the same closed sold auction that sold earlier today. Same auction, same auction number. I hope I'm not also paying two auction fees for them as well. |

Update! I just checked my billing and I'm being charged for the same auction not one or two times but I am being charged six times for one auction. I'm also not receiving questions from potential buyers. I did receive email notifications for auctions I relisted but I did not receive them for the auctions that ended. This is quite a gremlin in the Auction Arms system. |

I guess that must be it. The second identical sold closed auction has now disappeared but the six charges for the same auction are still there. I had another buy it now auction that ended today and again, no notice with the buyer's name etc. I did receive the notice that a buy it now auction had ended but it's the preliminary one that doesn't have any buyer information. Last night I did receive notices for all the auctions I relisted but did not receive any notices for the auctions that ended. Like I said earlier, it's quite a gremlin in the system. |
