Now I'm also getting this login box when I try to put something on my watch list. What ever gremlin this is, it has infiltrated all parts of Auction Arms!
The login box is something I've never seen before. It has a set of keys (like car keys) on it and wants your login name and password. I've gotten thru 10 years of being on the Internet without any major virus or other issues by NOT responding to things such as this. When I cancel or click out of it, it takes me to the following page: You are not authorized to view this page You do not have permission to view this directory or page due to the access control list (ACL) that is configured for this resource on the Web server. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please try the following: Contact the Web site administrator if you believe you should be able to view this directory or page. Click the Refresh button to try again with different credentials. HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource. Internet Information Services (IIS) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Technical Information (for support personnel) Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 401. Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled About Security, Access Control, and About Custom Error Messages. |

It's happening just about everywhere. I try to put something on my watch list, I try to go the forum, I try to look at my second page of auctions, it doesn't matter, I still get the stupid mystery login box. I give up, I'll be back in a day or two, I just hope no one asks any questions about one of my auctions where I have to look at it. |
