Bob and Manny, Seems like the help I got yesterday only worked temporarily. Last night I was able to list three auctions without major problems. But this morning, I logged off and logged in again on the secure server, and when I try to upload pictures again I get the same error message. Gary |

I loaded 6 auctions this morning and it went fast and flawless. |

obi1gr, are you attempting to log in on this page? https://secure.auctionarms.com/log_in.cfm?goto=buyer? Please copy and paste the error code into an email message to me (bob@auctionarms.com) and let me know specifically what you were doing when you got the error code. |

m-1911, as I understand it yesterday's problem seemed to be your internet connection and rebooting your machine seemed to clear it up. Have you tried rebooting you PC and logging in? |

I had no problem last night, personnally, but, obviously, there are others who are still having problems. It is still disconcerting that until these changes were made, all of these well established sellers, had no problems, and now it is THEIR computers, or their methods of using AA, that are being blamed for the problems they are having! Wow! Seems like AA has found where Ronny Reagan used to buy his teflon! Simply a try at a little levity, guys, but seriously, if there are obvious problems as it seems there are, perhaps it is time for AA to publish a treatise on how to make OUR computers work with their new system, and the sooner the better! How about it AA? |

I can't get any auctions posted on Auctionarms today. Back to the same old problem. I wish whatever "improvements" were made can be eliminated!!! |
