| (no avatar) | Manny we listed 9 auctions here today.During the down time we put 2 on the other site because we don't intend on slowing down our productivity in order to allow AA to work out their snafu's.Don't take this as a threat but merely business as usual. If I'm paying someone to be here to list auctions that's what they're going to do.My 1st option is here but if not then there.Just letting you know where we stand. Here's hoping we don't have to list there again any time soon. |

The snake has spoke! Seriously, I am sure that if it goes on for much longer, those of us sellers that have stuff to list won't simply sit back and wait for AA, we will find a place that works to list them. Grant has called it like it is, and he is entirely correct. This site works well when it is not being tampered with, and when it IS being screwed with, it is no better than a kitchen table based science project! Manny and crew certainly are no Steve Jobs/Steve Wozniak and this is not Apple Computers, so the back yard shenanigans have to end before the site goes the way of the dodo bird. I hope AA realizes the reason we even bitch about the problems is that we LIKE it here. If we didn't, we would have turned our backs and walked away with nary a word on to "greener" pastures a long time ago. |

We certainly appreciate your business, and you'll be happy to know that we're not in the habit of making radical changes to suit our fancy. We realize that change can be a disruption when all you want to do is move on with business as usual. That's why we've worked on this problem from the start, trying to fix it and still keep everything running. As I'm sure you can see, sometimes repairing Auction Arms is a lot like doing rennovations on a building everyone is still using. Thanks for your patience... -manny |

| (no avatar) | Manny....Bob...or Mike....Am I just being stupid or does it just seem to me that most of your problems started when you deceided to start the banners? I know that it has affected my end so much that I just don't list any more. Even though I would love to be able to do so, it just seems that it takes so long to try to navigate around those banners. Anyone else noticing the same thing as me? Even when I first go to the home page I have to IMMEDIATELY, click the log in tab or I end up waiting an unreasonable time to allow the banners to run before it will even take me to the log in page. AACEO, to steal YOUR analogy, yes we DO realize that you are going to make changes. What YOU need to realize is that the house you have been working on has NOT been habitable while you have been working on it! Will be listing items tonite,.....somewhere. |

Just wasted more time trying to list items with the same results. This is cutting into my profits. I guess Gunbroker is the only beneficiary of this mess. Maybe they will be welcoming the refugees from AA, just like AA did with Ebay. |
