VERY sad to see the problem is still extant, but also VERY happy to see I am not being the ONLY complainer!! Hopefully, AA has heard the saying the "the squeaky wheel gets the grease". Hopefully, also, they can find their grease gun REAL soon, before there are no more wheels to grease! I also realize that AA takes weekends off, but unfortunately, alot of us DON'T, so maybe they'll get the message real soon that the system is again, still, SNAFU'd. |

Joe, like yourself, there are many just using AA for fun. However, there are those that use AA as an extension to their business, their livlihoods. Unless they are in a position to not to HAVE to work, losing the AA porton is like getting a large cut in hours at your job, not a pleasant idea for anyone. I have been fortunate to be VERY busy right now, and was able to get the last batch of auctions listed even though it took at least ten times as much time to do. Many sellers have AA make up a very large amount of their business. To lose up to 30-40% of their business, even for a short time, is not an easy burden to bear for some, and not one taken lightly. I am sure AA will eventually feel the same shortfalls in their income, and will act accordingly while such situation is still able to be overcome. |

Joe, know what you mean. I WAS retired until my Dad got sick and died, leaving me this shop. I really had no plans, and things just kinda got out of hand and the shop grew from selling 150 guns a year to almost 2000, and it is still going crazy. I am having fun, and as long as that continues, I will keep on going before I retire again! Take care, and enjoy it while you can! |
