We've decided to step into the 21st century by adding Facebook to AuctionArms.com!  You'll find a Facebook Share link in every auction.  If you have a Facebook account, an you find and interesting item you want to share with your Facebook friends, just click on the Facebook link and the auction will automatically be posted to your profile in Facebook.  I've tried it, and it's pretty awesome!

Won't unscrupulous AA members have an easier time doing "side deals" through FaceBook?

And for those of you that buy anything on line; open a separate credit card with a small limit, and only use THAT card for internet purchases. If it is compromised you can't loose much.

is there a way to link all your auctions to FB with just one link?

Well.... what we're currently doing is giving you the ability to add single auctions up to Facebook.  Are you talking about adding ALL your auctions?  I don't think that's possible, except to do it singly.  I'm also not sure that's wise - diluting your personal brand and all. Adding a few special auctions to Facebook gives your friends something to see - not something to bore them with.

considering that after well over 30 years in the business, we still can't tell what's going to sell and what's not, we would like to link all our auctions to our facebook page.  most of my friends can't afford the exotic stuff...but would be interested in the more usable mundane items which they can afford. just a thought that may generate more sales from users with more items listed and also bring new members to the site.
