Ok! Thought mine was on target but... How about this: Number the paragraphs so members can refer to them quicker and more accurately?(instead of those little boxes) |

AA-bob: Where in the T&C's does it state the requirements to be a "Storefront" seller? Or is there such information available? Thanks, FR&G |

We are still formulating those requirements. As you know we have been BETA testing this for about a year with a few selected sellers, and have been able to formulate what we think is a good set of Ts&Cs for transacting the actual Storefront items business. Likely to qualify for a StoreFront, a Storefront seller account will need to meet some requirements similar to those we use to qualify Penny Auctioneers, pay a monthly fee in addition to normal transaction fees in order to maintain a storefront. This will likely depend on our completion of the actual "StoreFront" page or GUI (Graphical User Interface) that StoreFront sellers will then be able to use to display all the items in their store in one location. Watch this Forum for additional news as it develops. |

Well, OK, Bob, but this IS about your T&C. You state the following: "Don't include extras with the picture(s) if not included in the Auction".
To not go a bit further and say that props to aid in the sale such as a pair of hands, a wall with hooks, a dowel through the trigger guard, a drop cloth, or even a name plate to mark the photos as your own, only invites certain types of people to nit pick and "blow the whistle", even when they live in glass houses. SO......go the extra mile and add a codocil to allow the use of such COMMON SENSE items to portray the item for salre, or we will continue to see such nonsense and whistle blowing. Otherwise, to conform to the T&C as written, we will have to photograph our guns in a vaccuum, floating in outer space. Am I being facetious? Of course. Am I describing EXACTLY what happens as the T&C are currently written? You KNOW I am. SO, fix 'em and we will ALL be better off. |

Petesguns, that's exactly right. A little common sense goes a long way. |

MY QUESTION IS WHY CAN A STORE SELLER SELL HIS HOLSTERS WITH GUNS IN THEM TO SELL THEM WHEN THE GUN IS NOT INCLUDED. I DID IT BECAUSE PEOPLE ASKED TO SEE WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE WITH A GUN IN MINE AND I GOT A WARNING. WHY ARE RULES DIFFERENT IN THAT RESPECT. WOULD REALLY LIKE AN ANSWER TO THIS! |
