I've had a few potiential buyers of "Best Offer" listings confuse the "Active" status of their offer for "Accepted". If the seller "accepts" your offer the listing is immediately closed with you as the winner. Its easy to confuse the two.

We're looking into why the ten minute ruled did not go into effect on this particular auction.

Double is correct. Click on the "my bids" link at the top of any page and log in using your nickname and password if you're not already logged in. Then click on the "my watchlist open" button to view open auctions on your watchlist, or click on the "my watchlist closed" button to view closed auctions (great for seeing what stuff sold for).

We've a number of ads running, mostly online at the moment a couple of print ads. Honestly the bulk of our marketing effort is done in search engine optimization. IE showing up on search engines, hence the URL change from AuctionArms.com to GunAuction.com. We're present at several of the big gun shows, the NRA and Shot two name a few. You can be sure we're maximizing our resources to the best effect when it comes to promoting our site and spreading the good word. We'd be throwing all of our money at print ads if we felt it was the best thing to do.

What is the error code exactly? If it is "invalid nickname or password" then one or the other is being misspelled. Email me at support@auctionarms.com with your nickname and password and I'll check them against what we have on record.

Actually its in "My Bids". Click on the "my bids" link at the top of any page and then log in. Then click on the "my closed bids" button. All of the auctions you've bid on or won in the last 90 days will be displayed. Click on the auction number to view the listing. If the auction is older than 90 days you'll need to have the auction number. Just enter the auction number in the search field from our homepage and it should bring up the listing.

You should have credits for the two other auctions. It should not be a problem if the winners of the other two are understanding. By the way, I noticed you have one negative from a bidder whom had their account disabled two years ago. Per our terms and conditions you can have that feedback removed if you so choose. Email me at support@auctionarms.com.
