Comments: I normally check feedback before I bid but in this case I didn't until almost 3 days after the auction closed. Was puzzled by the first neg. entry. My commo with BGAP has been excellent and I have found their approach to business and service to be professional and superior.
I've seen negative feedback before for all the wrong reasons and this appears to be another case of not understanding the system.
If you are the high bidder and win the auction what are you worried about if they don't have your money anyway? Commo gremlins and glitches happen. What I want to know is did you get the item as described, was the service good, did they back their product and once the commo. problem was explained, did they resume good commo to let you know if they had received your money and notify you when the item was shipped with insurance and accountability? That's why the owners of AA caution you about using the feedback correctly. I know. I learned the hard way.
They get an "A" in my book so far.
