| Comments: What a rip. This guy charged $15.00 for a shipping charge and shipped the ammo via USPS in a small flat rate box for $5.80. It is illegal to ship ammo through the U S Postal Service and this guy really knows it. He is a store front dealer and should be banned from selling ammo on this site. No more. |

| Rebuttal: He leave me negitive post on a penny auction an sayes i am ripping him off when the shipping fee is clearly shown on the front page of the auction an in the items description. Had 30 other penny auction close that week an not one of them had a problem with it or they had no problem reading terms |

| Comments: Gun described as SUPER MINT. Not close. Barrel had scratches in 2 spots. Barrel end had minor holster wear. There were lots of tiny rust spots all over frame. And spot under cylinder that I inquired about, was told to be old dryed oil spot. Turned out to remove the finish when wipped off. Not happy. |

| Comments: I had called Dave's and asked about the barrel condition. I was told that there was no rust in the barrel. Rust shows with-in the first half inch of the barrel. This rifle has two place with serious surface rust, this too was not mentioned. I would not have paid the price I did. Thank's! |
