| Comments: I won this action on 10-9-03. After I mailed out the money order I recived an e-mail that he couldn't find the stock. He stated that he was still looking for it. Then on 10-29-03 my money order was returned to me by mail. Glad to get my money back but wish I had the stock that I had won. |

| Rebuttal: i realy have no excuse on this auction. i went to ship the item out and it was gone, either lost or stolen. i am a honest man and returned the buyers money order with no hassle. thanks tony |

| Comments: Seller ensured gun to a third and fourth party to ship. He assured me two weeks in a row that the gun would ship, but it did not. Seller should take more responsibillity to ensure product ships/arrives in timely manner like he assures the buyer. |

| Rebuttal: yes, this is very true, i gave the gun to my local gun dealer to ship the gun out for me and it took him a longer time to ship than what i figured on. i didn't count on my local dealer getting cancer, he just died, so i'm saying i'm sorry to everyone who's shipments were delayed. |
