| Comments: Upon inspection the action would not open. Upon inspection it was discovered that 2 of the recoil springs and the guide were missing. Seller was contacted would not return calls and still has not called. Was rude and belligerent in email. Other buyers beware. Dispute will be resolved through gpal. |

| Rebuttal: Rifle shipped in perfect condition. States he couldn't even open the bolt when he received it. Why would I ship a weapon that would no doubt be a problem when received? This guy is full of it and another first time buyer that tore apart this beautiful rifle and was nothing but a pain. |
