| Comments: the buyer claims the gun broke a part when he shot it and it will cost $100 or more to fix it, but provided no proof of it. I give him $50.00 back, and won't sell to him again. |

| Rebuttal: Breech block would of shown fatique if inspected. Rear Sight bent. Repair cost going on $150 and he offset this cost by only $50. I have over $650 invested in this gun and a new one cost $695. He never asked for proof but I have receipts for parts and repairs. Bad deal all the way around. |
