| Comments: He is a lyer. He informed me from the begining he would take a personal check. That was all i had access to at the time. then when i won auction and sent the check out for the amount he declined it and sent it back saying i didnt pay for what i bought so buyers beware. |

| Rebuttal: My auctions speak for themselves every auction i've ever posted states payment is to be by money order or CERTIFIED CHECK not PERSONAL CHECK. |
