| Comments: Buyer told me that it was mandatory to send a copy of my drivers liscense and the serial of my gun BEFORE payment. I told him that I was not required to do so. Sent serial#. I checked with both my FFL dealer and the gun auction site and was told I was told NOT SO! Says does not like non FFL's |

| Rebuttal: Yes a proper paper trail when filling out FFL records are mandatory. It is really hard to try to buy or sell to a non-FFL holder that don't understand the federal gun transfer laws. I will need to ask before I bid on a gun if the seller is aware of the proper procedure to transfer a gun. |

| Rebuttal: I did send payment but you expected payment in three days from close of auction, you sent payment back. Maybe sellers regret on the low sell price. Any way this seller should be avoided at all costs. |
