Comments: I paid timely, gun shipped timely. Who ever packed the rifle messed up, if scope was mounted to gun, it came loose a damaged the wood. When rifle arrived scope with rings was loose in with rifle. I have e-mailed seller a number of times,no answer, I have no phone at this time to call seller.

Rebuttal: im not going to make, any excuses,i didnt resd my email and i never rec s call from the buyer,i am not an ffl and i shipped thru a dealer,i always demand insurance on any items i ship,long story short ill attempt to get ahold of the buyer and make the deal right!
