Rebuttal: In fact, I had mailed him the payment on the 11th as we had aggreed. I just had it returned yesterday since. I had put the wrong address on my envelope, s**t happens. This seller has very poor communication skills. He never checked in with me to see if in fact the payment was sent.

Rebuttal: With all due respect to the seller, I was unemployed shortly after winning this item. I sent him a $50 down payment and I was in contact with the seller. I was not able to continue the purchase and he refunded my $50 deposit.
