| Comments: "Sellers Beware of This One" He was High bidder on one of my items # 4824160952 auction closed 10/18/99 @ 16:09:52 I contacted him via e-mail with address to ship to. Got E-mail back he would get it out right away. After one week I contacted him again to see if payment and FFL had been sent. He told me he had run into money problems because he had not received check for rifle he had sold. I told him I could put it on credit card, he said he would have funds by 11/05/99 and would mail out then. I told him as a full line stocking dealer as soon as one of my items reached mini. bid and or reserve price I pull item from inventory so I don't have a walk in customer come in and want the same product. That way I don't have to close auction early. Today 11/04/99 he says he's not intrested anymore. WATCH OUT THIS GUY IS A BIDDER NOT A BUYER !!!!! |

| Rebuttal: To make a long story short; I told Roy I needed a week before I could send a money order and he couldn't find it in his heart to help me out adding"Thats business,sorry"so I walked.I dont see the reason for rancor as he resold it at a higher price. |
