| Comments: Do NOT make a purchase from this seller. They list guns they do not have, avoid personal contact via phone or email until they find the item after the bid. They also are in violation of Visa/Master Card Bylaws by extracting a surcharge for all CC transactions. See other feedback on this site. |

| Comments: I sent Money Order certified mail. He said he didn't receive. USPS confirmed signature. He says it was elderly neighbor. He said he will resolve. I waited many days (thinking stolen?). I had to cancel, pay fees, wait 60 days for money order refund. BEWARE. Read all neg. feedback. He has a history. |

| Comments: I won a bid from gun pro armory and tried to contact them for 3 days with no response over phone or email. . Gun auction was very helpful in assisting me with this issue and were always reachable by phone. Unfortunately I had to buy from another site but I don't hold it against gun auction. |

| Comments: Shipped 8 days after payment using UPS ground (over 12 days delivery), a violation of UPS regulations. 20 days from payment to receipt of item, is way too long. Do not purchase with any expectation of reasonable delivery time - You will probably be disappointed. I will not buy from them again. |

| Rebuttal: You ordered on 12-19-15. Paid on 12-21-15. FFL Receibved on 12-23-15. We were closed from 12-23 to 12-28 for the Christmas Holiday. SHIPPED ON 12-30-15. We did mistakenly ship it ground, but other them that it was within our policies. |

| Comments: Poor communication, didn't actually have the item they were selling in the auction: "Sorry that was an old listing we missed." Really? It was a three day auction. Offered me another item at the same cost. Seems like a scam to bait-and-switch. I'd stay far away. |

| Comments: I bought this rifle in a Buy it Now deal and paid for it on the same day. I also had multiple (13) email correspondences with the seller and my local dealer sent the FFL paperwork. 17 days later I get the excuse that in the "rush" of the holiday the gun was not reserved and sold. Unprofressional!! |

Gun advertised on Gun Broker sold it there and did not remove add on Gun Auction now we are waiting on CC to adjust our account and missed out on other 901's Will not return phone calls and used the excuse that Gun auction did not notify him of our bid. This guy is a liar. |

| Comments: I bought an Smith and Wesson M&P AR 15 in a 1 day auction at full price. The money was billed to my credit card right a way and then I was notified 3 days later that I was being refunded. The company doesn't like to answer the phone or reply to emails. Not a company to do business with. |

| Rebuttal: We are not in the habbit of shipping guns without payment. We never recieved payment... We only hold guns 10 days.. If payemnt is not recieevd the gun is made availbel for resale. |
