| Rebuttal: The gun wasn't wrapped and padded sufficiently to keep it from rattling around inside the box during shipment, so it knocked a hole in the box and the barrel was protruding. I consider this to be retaliatory feedback from an overly sensitive seller who isn't willing to admit he made a mistake. |
