| Comments: Auction won 7/26. Money Order sent 7/27. Money Order delivered to seller 7/30 verified by USPS. Would not respond to e-mails. Called 8/05, had left work early. Called 8/8, said he had been out of town, would ship that day. Not recieved as of 8/13. Will never do business with again! BUYER BEWARE! |

| Comments: Item was paid for minutes after auction ended using PayPal. Seller waited a week to ship it. I sent 4 emails asking about payment confirmation, shipping, etc. Number of answers to my emails? NONE! And the gun described as "in excellent condition" didn't function when it arrived. | Rebuttal: I don,t understand where this guy is comming from. He paid on 7/5 and recieved the pistol on 7/11 and left neg feedback on 7/12 I really don't think he understands the Hy-Score pistol. I test fired it before it was sent. I try to make my discriptions accurate with good photos. Never mentioned a prob |

| Rebuttal: This was a Benjamin 132. The rust he speaks of was a tarnished spot on the BR----barrel fully visable in the photo. As for the grip screws they were fine. It pumped up and shot. AS IS MEANS AS IS!! A little advice for the novice. If you expect a like new old airgun buy one NIB and pay the price. |
