| Comments: Item listed as "Action is good and bore is darkened,". The action was NOT good. I was led to believe that the gun would be in firing condition and it was not. The latch iss worn, and won'tlock up tight enough for the hand to properly advance the cylinder. Gun is now at the gunsmith for repair. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer did NOT contact me after sale and pistol had 3 day inspection with right of return for full refund...Buyer had no reason to keep the pistol unless he wanted it...Odd that he wouldn't call or email me to either ask for refund or work out something to his benefit...Ed |
