| Comments: Refused to pay until I sent him more photos of the gun. He tried to make an issue where there was no issue. It is hard to argue with a ____man. I am a dealer and sometimes it is better to NOT sell a gun than take a chance on a guy like this. So I am relisting the gun and I wish him well... |

| Rebuttal: I admit I was a dead beat! My job required me assist in the re-commission of a petroleum refinery and section of pipeline (Lake Charles, La)after Hurricane Katrina. I had to leave home w/out notice, and there wasn't any computer, telephone, etc. access in my area to inform the seller. Sorry. |

| Rebuttal: From the wording in the sellers ad, I became concerned that at some point the gun had been altered to fire fullauto. My e mails about this concern to the seller went unanswered. Possesion of a modified gun is a Felony. |
