Comments: This person bid at the last moment and then withdrew the bid on a weapon. After emails back and forth, he then promised to send a check and never completed the transaction. I will not do business with this person again.

Rebuttal: After I bid he emailed me a picture of the other side of gun that was not shown in auction. Looked like slide had several nicks in it. Told me I could send it back once I received it but why waste time doing that when I knew I would not be happy with gun. Had I known I would not have bid.

Comments: RUGER RON PURCHASED A RUGER FACTORY MINI 14/20RND MAG THAT WAS IN OUR OPINION-(NRA RATING GUIDE)EXCELLENT CONDITION FOR $80.00 ON 2-22-00.HE DID SEND THE FUND'S AND WE SENT THE MAG.THE NEXT THING I KNOW,17 DAY'S LATER THERE WAS A NEGATIVE RATING POSTED ON US(RAS)THAT HE WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE MAG,AND IN HIS "EXPERT OPINION" WAS NOT IN THE CONDITION AS ADVERTISED.THAT IS "HIS" OPINION,BUT,HE "NEVER" ONCE,AND STILL HAS NOT TO THIS DAY 3-10-00 CONTACTED US WITH HIS PROBLEM.AFTER 100'S OF AUCTION TRANSACTION'S, BUYING AND SELLING WE(RAS) DID NOT GET OUR RATING AND REPUTATION FOR UNFAIR PRACTICE'S.RUGER RON,TOTAL ABUSE OF THE FEEDBACK FORUM,AND IN MY OPINION "VERY UNFAIR AND UNCALLED FOR".
