| Comments: I won this auction, but I never received the gun. By mistake the seller sent it to the wrong bidder, he tried to retreve the gun but the dealer he sent it to would not return it. He had a more expensive gun & kept it. Also this website thinks nothing is wrong with this. Thanks MR.ED for your help. |

| Rebuttal: Very kind feed...Sent this buyer the other buyers Ruger P944 40cal.The other buyer got the Ruger P94 9mm kept it,sold it and knew it was the wrong gun.ATF told me the other seller commited no crime.Gave this buyer $$ back plus expences,and paid for return shipping to my FFL Totaly my fault. |
