| Comments: RECIVED THE GUN AND FOUND THAT IT HAD A CRACKED STOCK, NOTIFIED THE SELLER , WHO IN TERN GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR 3 TO 4 WEEKS WOULD NOT HONOR THE 3 DAY INSPECTION PERIOD . WOULD NEVER DO ANY DEALS WITH THIS SELLER AGIAN HE STUCK ME WITH A $1,400.00 GUN THAT HAD A CRACK IN THE STOCK. |

| Rebuttal: Email Arrival 4/10 put pad on stock & to shoot it 4/13 No mention CRACKSTOCK, Call Question 4/12 No CRACK,11Hr/3rd Day CRACK APPEARS His shoot Day? Filed claim, wasn't shipped Cracked Insured @1400 be glad take back if UPS inspect for damage claimed. He wouldn't let UPS inspect I SMELL FRAUD!! |
