| Comments: IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND MISLED DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AA NUMBER. SAID"COMES WITH THE RUGER CASE" IT CAME WITH A RUGER CASE, WRONG GUN CASE. HE WAS ASKED FOR AN ADJUSTMENT. NO ADJUSTMENT . HE WAS ASKED IF GUN COULD BE RETURNED. SURE WITH A $25.00 HANDLING CHARGE. WHY WOULD I SEND A GUN BACK TO A "MAN" WHO HAD LIED TO ME. DEAL WITH CARE WITH THIS PERSON. |

| Rebuttal: This gentleman is two cards short of a full deck.He wanted to return a Ruger, not because anything was wrong with the gun but the case was for a different model. I was willing to accept the gun but I didn't think I should pay my FFL fee. He can still have his money back, just pay for my FFL. I think that's fair. He just doesn't think. |
