| Comments: I went neutral because the auction was for 25 shells and i recieved 24 with peanuts to replace the 25th shell so the box wouldnt rattle like 1 was missing. The return shipping speed was good timed and packed very well with the exception of the peanuts. |

| Rebuttal: The buyer never requested a refund or even gave me a chance to make it right. This was not intentional. I have well over 350 positve feedbacks on EBAY alone. It is easier to cry about it here than resolve it. I emailed him and apologized, Why, I don't know. |
