| Comments: I have been waiting for a month and a half for my money to be returend to me from an auction were the firearm were not described correctly wrong model and ser#s.I was told my money was being sent back the same day.Its just not right.The US mail maybe slow but it is not that slow. A month and a half. |

| Rebuttal: Technically I did not have to Refund the Funds , He had me change to a Buy Now Feature after I had explained that It was a Model 90 , but had a Different Stock on it !! AS the AD READ NO REFUND'S OR RETURN'S , I could have just Shipped the GUN ...But was trying to be Curtious ... |

| Comments: After the auction was completed the seller said he was having a problem getting the gun he had sold from the owner. When he finally got them it was not at all what he had thought or described. He said he was sending my money back that day. That was over a month and a half ago. |

I did contact him and explain why his calls were NOT being returned in a Timely Manner " HOSPITALIZATION " But does he care "HELL NO " I tried to be nice and left Him Positive Feedback , But will wait next Time !! |
