| Rebuttal: numerous attempts to phone and fax showed the number given was no longer in service.Wouldn't want to send e-mail with c/card number based on that.If seller still wants to finish sale he should contact me to make new arrangments |

| Comments: The transfer dealer refused to accept the gun, and sent it back. Upon letting this guy know we received the gun back, he disputed the charge on his credit card instead of just asking for a refund...basically screwing us out of the shipping. Blocked from all our future auctions. |

| Rebuttal: the seller has used the facts out of order.Although the po st office returned the gun to the seller it was almost a month before he acknowleged that it had been returned.My action with the credit card company happened before this and seemed my only recourse. |
