Comments: These people stuck it to me like they are sticking others. Cashed my money order but never got the handguns. They will probable say Im a DEAD BEAT like they do to other bidders that have problems with. Look up DEAD BEAT in the dictionary , your they DEAD BEATS.

Rebuttal: 3ITEMS DELIVERED TO MAILBOXES ETC FOR PACKAGE & SHIPPING 8-27-02. SHIPPING PAPERS CLEARLY SHOW 3ITEMS WERE SHIPPED. THE BUYER NOTIFIED US ON 10-13-02,7 WEEKS LATER? FILED CLAIM WITH PACKER SHIPPER IMMEDIATELY & PROCEEDING WITH CLAIM.THE SELLER HAS DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG HERE.

Comments: Out of three auctions I got one item. I never got two handguns totaling almost $300. They say its not their fault because they send the guns out to be wraped , boxed and shipped. They won't take responsibility for this loss they just push me off onto someone else.

Comments: They cashed my money order but I never got the auction items. They say its not their fault because they send the guns to Mail Boxes Etc and Mail Boxes Etc wraps , boxes and ships the guns. They won't take responsibility for this loss they just push me off onto someone else.

Comments: I purchased a sword that the seller specifically said was authentic. I bought it and had it inspected by Butterfields arms expert and he stated, in writing that it was an imitation as even an amateur could see.

Rebuttal: FIRST CL----DEADBEAT BIDDER VERY IRRATIONAL & UNREASONABLE. DIRECTOR OF MUSEUM MILITARY STUDIES AUTHENTICATED ITEM TO BE 1870'S SWORD AS PHOTOED AND LISTED. BIDDER DEMANDED SWORD TO BE CIVIL WAR 1860. WE ISSUED THE BUYER A FULL REFUND. WE ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE ITEMS TO BE AS PHOTOED & LISTED.
