| Comments: After winning auction 11944551 terry serbus with northerntrek calls me and says there was a mistake with the auction, and wanted an additional $500.00 minimum on top of the $300.00 winning bid. don't waste you time bidding on this guys stuff he will change his mind in a heartbeat and not sell it. |

| Rebuttal: I have a disclosure and it states "Subject to offsite, sales and purchases", we honored the buyer who offered between auctions, first buyer did not pay, the offline buyer actually offered and bidded online fairly and eventully got it. Sorry, but you could of rebidded aganist him. |
