| Comments: This transaction went bad before the auction was even closed, shouldn't have gone through with it, but I did. The gun was exactly as I described, and WCB, starting picking it apart before the transaction was complete. I will not do more business with him again. Bill |

| Rebuttal: He told me by email, "I didn't know you were an expert or I wouldn't have attempted to cheat you." I hadn't accused him of cheating only over stating condition. And pointed out an alteration problem. He offered refund but refused request for shipping and fees despite the fact he misrepresented it. |

| Rebuttal: I sent several messages to these people about this. I got one message about the price and method of payment but they didn't give me any shipping information. When I requested that information got nothing back and still haven't. |
