| Comments: After I won this auction, the seller informed me that he had previously sold the gun and that he would not honor the auction. I protested, and his response was rude and condescending. I look for him on all of the gun sites I frequent, so I can warn other buyers about my experience. |

| Rebuttal: I was not condescending, he kept contacting me that he demanded that I send him the item he won which no longer existed.I kept explaining it was no longer available and that I did try to cancel the auction but the cancelation never went through. It was sold and shipped on another auction site. |
