Comments: Very slow shipping because just takes your money and orders it from the wholesaler and has wholesaler ship to you. Doesn't actually have item you are bidding on. Wish I had ordered direct from IMI in New Jersey direct! Don't be stupid like I was...check Shotgun news and save your cash!

Comments: this guy is slow on shipping! took 16 days to get the item purchased. i was very disappointed in the MKIII gun kit that i purchased not only was it was nothing more then a cut up gun, it was not complete there was no bolt for the receiever, and no instructions as to how to assemble the product. have emailed him several times about the missing item and he will not respond. he says he is having email problems, but i can't believe that when he returned my email about the pricing on another product. this guy gats and F for service and response time! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

Rebuttal: ALL STEN gun kits consist of parts remaining after the receiver is cut. Not a valid complaint. The bolt he claims is missing was sent. He apparently doesn't know how to identify it.

Comments: Colt Sheriff Auction: Auction and email clearly said NIB, cylinder unturned. I should have paid more attention to his already posted negitive feedback. Cylinder was turned, no scratches on this one. I was told it was my FFL. Not possible, we opened the package together.

Rebuttal: This person tried to get a reduction on the agreed upon price of the two firearms he purchased from me by claiming they were 'not as described'. The fact is, they were EXACTLY as described. I would advise that you make note of his name and use extreme caution should you decide to deal with him in the future.

Comments: Does not contact you when you are the high bidder. Just blow you off.

Rebuttal: I didn't 'blow this guy off' as he claims. How could I when auction Arms gave me an erroneous e-mail address? Think I don't want to sell my merchandise when a buyer has met my price? I'm not stupid. Well, I'm not that stupid. Six e-mails to him were returned as undeliverable so I simply gave up. This complaint followed. If I have done something wrong here, I'd sure like to know what it is.

Comments: Buyer be careful with this one. He is all show and no go. "Sold" me a Win.97 shotgun in May. Claims UPS lost it and he didn't insure it. I've never seen the UPS receipt but tracking number he gave doesn't jive in system so maybe UPS did screw up. Promised me a full refund, numerous, times. After several delays and excuses, he says I questioned his "integrity" by asking for a money order (that's how I paid him). So, now his feelings are hurt and he has withheld half my payment and....no gun. It's registered to him so if found he will get it back and have money too. This is a business man?????? I will be filing Postal Fraud against this individual. I also have a couple of other surprises for him. Don't get took by this fellow. Check his other feedback.

Rebuttal: This was an unfortunate situation that involved a firearm lost by UPS. I did everything possible to try finding the gun and I kept this man informed to the tune of some 40 e-mails. The shotgun was insured for the $100 minimum although extra insurance was something we didn't cover in the original transaction. I decided to assume the whole responsibility until this man started hurling insults and suggesting that the gun was not lost and that I was trying to defraud him. I then decided that there would be no more 'Mr. Nice Guy'. I simply won't tolerate insults in situations where I have done nothing but the right thing. I refunded him half of what he paid plus half of the $100 I got from UPS on the theory that we should both suffer the loss equally. I wish this whole thing hadn't happened, but the fact remains that it did. These days, I make absolutely sure that the insurance question is clearly discussed.

Comments: L@@K ,no contact on winning bid after three days,no return email

Rebuttal: On a number of occasions people have given me (and Auction Arms) incorrect e-mail addresses. I suspect they do this inadvertantly for the most part. I tried to contact this person on several occasions but got my e-mails returned as 'undeliverable'. I gave up, and this complaint was the result.

Comments: Ignored my email, became very abusive and tried to change our deal. Then could not understand why I ask him to keep the gun and stopped payment on check. I recomend that any one thinking of bidding on his sales look at his emails, which are available by request from tfsron@bellsouth.net

Rebuttal: This man is a bad check artist. To my way of thinking there is nothing worse. Whatever he says about me (and it is mostly untrue)nothing changes the fact that he writes bad checks.
