| Comments: Gun was in good shape and as described. Took 3 weeks to get as his FFL had never shipped it and took too many emails and phone calls to find out where it was. He should have tracked it for me. Commnunication wa poor but his product was good and the price fair. |

| Rebuttal: I have no excuse for this situation. 9 Fingers is right... it took too long. Sometimes things happen that we have no control over and this was one of them. I'll try to do better in the future. I hope he likes the shotgun. |
