| Comments: Buyer returned the gun, that's OK, as I guarantee satisfaction. He expected a nice 100 yr old gun to be like new. He checked headspace with a dummy cartridge (a no-no). I had gunsmith check with proper headspace tools, it is OK. He just did not want the gun, and should have bought a new one. |

| Rebuttal: Seller has problem representing rifles. Rifle had shot out bore (reported as 8), drip marks of finish (reported as original). Buyer has since purchased TWO OLDER 38-55s, both better rifles, no returns. If you buy from seller and return rifle, dont say why, just return, eat loss, and hope for best. |
